Perfect for indie films, branded content, and commercial shoots, this package includes the RED KOMODO body, a monitor, wireless follow focus, V-mount battery, tripod, and one cine lens. Additional gear available upon request. Rentals start at $300/day, with flexible add-ons and multi-day rates available.
Cancellation Policy
Red Door Cinema – Equipment Rental Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any rental package. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to delivery or pickup. Payment can be made via credit card, ACH transfer, Zelle, or QuickBooks invoice. Rentals are not confirmed until payment is received and a signed agreement (or digital confirmation) is on file. 2. Rental Period Camera and lighting packages are priced per 24-hour day unless otherwise agreed upon. Karaoke and photo booth packages are rented by the hour, with a 2-hour minimum per booking. Additional hours are billed in 30-minute increments unless agreed in advance. Multi-day or overnight rentals may be subject to additional terms or insurance requirements. 3. Delivery, Setup & Pickup Free delivery and pickup is included within a 25-mile radius of downtown Dallas, TX. Additional mileage is billed at $1.25/mile (round trip). Setup and breakdown are included for karaoke, photo booth, and lighting packages. RED camera rentals are drop-off only unless technical support is booked. Renter must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect equipment upon delivery. 4. Use of Equipment Renter is fully responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment during the rental period. No modification, disassembly, or unauthorized repair of any equipment is permitted. Equipment may not be sub-rented, loaned, or transferred without prior written consent. 5. Damage, Loss, or Theft The Renter is responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period, regardless of fault. If equipment is damaged, the Renter agrees to pay for repairs or full replacement value as determined by Red Door Cinema. In the event of theft, the Renter must file a police report and provide a copy to Red Door Cinema within 24 hours. A valid photo ID and a signed rental agreement may be required at the time of rental. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the rental date will be refunded 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental date are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations on the day of rental may be charged the full rental amount. 7.
